47.2% unemployed in Claremont in 2017

47.2 percent of Claremont residents between 16 and 65 years old were unemployed in 2017, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The percentage of unemployed residents was greater than the statewide total of 31.3 percent for this demographic group. In 2017 the total Claremont population reached 72.

Out of 38 people who had a job, 2 were employed in the Armed Forces and 36 belonged to the civilian labor force.
