The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Brookings conferred 475 bachelor's degrees and 105 doctor's degrees in health professions and related programs.
But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in registered nursing/registered nurse. Data shows the school gave out 330 bachelor's degrees in registered nursing/registered nurse, followed by 96 bachelor's degrees in general biology/biological sciences and 87 bachelor's degrees in general animal sciences.
The university enrolled 12,104 students for 2017-18, including 10,544 in undergraduate programs and 1,560 in graduate programs.
