Of the 69 people living in Wallace in 2020, 43.5 percent (30) were women and 56.5 percent (39) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northeast South Dakota News.

There were as many males 18 and over as females. In the 65 and over age range, there were four females and six males.
