The Section 22 study investigates the flood risk to the city of Madison and potential ways to mitigate the risk to the community. This report presents the existing flood risks to the community as well as the measures and alternatives considered to reduce the flood damages. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) conducted this study in conjunction with the City of Madison who served as the non-Federal sponsor.
