NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to Chapter 6-13 SDCL, the City of Clark, South Dakota, will sell the following surplus property by sealed bid:
2007 Chevrolet Uplander Van – ADA Version
Bids will be accepted at Clark City Hall until 7:30 pm on Monday, November 7th, 2022. Averaged appraised value of the van is $1,014.66. The van can be viewed by appointment by calling City Hall at 605-532-5665. Submit sealed bids to:
Clark City Finance Office
120 N. Commercial Street
Clark, SD 57225.
When bidding, please mark on the envelope “Bid for Med Van”. Bids will be opened at 7:30 pm at the Clark City Council Meeting held on Monday, November 7th, 2022 in Clark, South Dakota. Payment must be made before the van will be released.
The City of Clark reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity therein and reserves the right to award sale to the highest possible bidder.
