In a series of tweets, he highlights his recent legislative achievements and addresses concerns about community safety and environmental management.

On January 22, 2025, Rep. Johnson announced the unanimous passage of his bill aimed at preserving the sacred site of the Wounded Knee Massacre. " JUST PASSED with unanimous consent: My bill to preserve the sacred site of the Wounded Knee Massacre."

Later that day, he reported that the Laken Riley Act was moving forward to President Trump's desk for signing. He emphasized its significance in preventing illegal immigrants who commit serious crimes from remaining in communities. "The Laken Riley Act is headed to President Trump’s desk for his signature... Keeping our communities safe requires securing the border and…"

On January 23, 2025, Rep. Johnson addressed the issue of wildfires in California, attributing part of the problem to inadequate forest management policies in the state. He stressed the importance of managing forests to protect families from such tragedies. "The wildfires in California are truly tragic... We must manage our forests to protect American families."
